My triggers are definitely anxiety driven. My anxiety will make me have frequent loosey goosey to solid BMs, even if I eat anything safe. The anxiety comes from knowing that I have to leave my safe zone a.k.a. my house. Of knowing that I'll be "stuck" somewhere (meeting, appointments, etc.) If I don't have to go to work, I can eat almost anything and not get sick. I would have to say that anything super oily or high in fat will make me have D as well as milk which all started to happen after my horrific colonoscopy. I'm IBS C (poop every other day) when I don't have to leave the house, but as soon as I know I have to leave the house (go to work, store, etc.), I'll become an everyday 2-3 times a day solid stool to loosey goosey pooper.
