Thank you so much for your help! I know feel like theres hope for my ibs d! I'm going to try it after all! I'm glad it worked for you. I'm going to ask my doctor if I can start off with the 5mg. and then go up to the 10mg. like you did, since it worked for you. Which fiber suppliment do you use? I was only able to use Heather's Acacia or benefiber. I was on it for year and I became stable (for the entire year) then I went off of it and a year later (now) I had problems again! Thanks again for your help, I feel so much better now knowing this!
