i am ibsd, though i have only had 1 d attack in the past 2 weeks. i've been "normal" in that manner, but have had lots of abdominal cramps and bloating. i guess if it isn't the form it gotta be something else. my symptoms have been changing a lot lately. somedays it's bloating, cramps or nausea...but the pain is pretty mucht he only "normal" thing in various forms.
i have been using witch hazel to clean along with everything under the sun. i don't know if the hemme is purple or not, can't see that but i do know that it isn't hard like a rock. it also bleeds everytime i go.
i will try preparation h, but the last time i shooped for it i noticed it had shark oil. as a vegetarian, i won't use anything with animal byproducts. so i'll go back to the store tomorrow and see if they make a version without it.
next time i see my doc (3 weeks) i'll ask her to give me all my options for treatment. last time we discussed it she said i'd have to see a rectal surgeon for removal so perhaps i'll go ahead and try to find one in my insurance policy and call to see what methods they use.
