Fiber One Cereal Bars       11/09/07 04:21 AM Edit Reply Quote Zara Reged: 06/07/06 Posts: 883 I like the idea that one of these has 9 grams of fiber. However, it has a lot of unsafe stuff as well. So I want to try and recreate something as high-fiber at home. Well what leaves me wondering is where exactly does all that fiber come from? I looked at the ingredients and I don't see anything that would yield that much fiber (oats aren't THAT high in fiber). Anyone could tell me?
