They make prenatals with stool softeners that you can get from your doctor, my mom took those when she was pregnant with me. Luckily for me, taking benefiber works, and I only really have to take it during the first trimester. I totally understand that you want to be as natural as possible, but eventually you're going to have to poop! Maybe your doctor can let you know something else to try.
