Ok Girls I went ! How do I keep this up?

Thanks for all your help! I finley went on my own yesterday! I 'm on a multivitim thats "suppose to be the same as prentals but I think I rather just take prenatals if you know what I mean!! Theres only 3 fruits and 3 veggies i can eat those get old all the time. I do walk and I know drinking water helps. I know there prenatals out there that have to be better with making me "go" I just wish they would give them to me. I might just go back to my prenatals. I don't don't know what to do!! Could you pass along some of the food and snacks and meals you all ate or eating while prego! Thanks so much its nice to have someone to talk to! xxx to you all!
