I actually plan out this event days in advance so I know that I can be close to my home bathroom over the next day or so if I need to be. I also don't ever do this on an empty stomach and I eat lots of bread to try to buffer out the attack on my stomach. I know Heather is reading this and maybe cringing! But eating a happy meal 1x a year keeps me sane and most of the time I just end up very very gassy afterwords. I do not recommend it! But I'm sure we all indulge now and then.
