Tested positive for SIBO
Took Antibiotics
NO &*%$ING IMPROVEMENT!!!

I am considering the Fructose Malasborbtion Diet, after getting linked to it through this board after asking about SIBO, just to give it a shot.

The article that I was linked to lists what I CANNOT have. However, it is not clear as to what I can have. Can someone who knows ANYTHING about this list what is acceptable? I remember reading chicken, rice, oatmeal and like 1 freakin bite of a banana, but what else?

What fruits are ok?
What veggies are ok?
What meats are ok?
What grains are ok?
What about suppliments?
What spices/ flavorings are ok?
