Hi there! Saw your post and had to let you know about a new snack I found the other day @ WalMart, of all places, in their grocery aisles! I have been so depressed w/lack of snacks lately and saw Snyder's of Hanover has a division called "eatsmart" and they have veggie crisps, soy crisps, cheddairs, and natural snack dips. Of course, not all of those things are ok for IBSers but I bought a bag of soy crisps and they are DELICIOUS! They are seasoned w/garlic & olive oil and a little parmesan cheese flavoring. I know how she feels, I'm IBS-C, lactose intolerant, and sometimes I just want to dig a hole and crawl in and forget the whole world. But you can't give up.
