fiber during a flare up?       10/27/07 10:28 AM Edit Reply Quote brooksguy29 Reged: 10/27/07 Posts: 1 i;m currently in a bad IBS flare, passing mucus every few hours. my doctor told me to stop taking fiber during this time, but I've found heather's tummy acacia to be a lifesaver many times.
