Anyone here ever taken Calmax? I tried to search for it but it didn't turn up anything. I'm wondering if it's good for IBS-C, I would think so looking at ingredients but wanted to make sure since it's kind of expensive(but looks like you get a lot too). I've recently started taking a calcium/mag supplement but it has calcium carbonate and has been making me very C so I need to switch. Here is what Calmax contains:

1 Heaping Teaspoon (7 grams): Vitamin C 500 mg; Calcium 400 mg; Magnesium 200 mg;
Ingredients: Calcium Gluconate; Citric Acid; Magnesium Carbonate; Ascorbic Acid; Unsweetened Lemon Juice Powder

Also, how is magnesium carbonate? I haven't heard of it so I don't know how that compares to other types.
