Sorry you feel this way! I know what you mean, sometimes it's better just to take your mind off all the IBS information and try to listen to your body and figure it out yourself. Just wish it didn't take so long I don't think IBS is easier here in the US - at least there isn't HFCS in almost everything in the UK. It's getting almost impossible to find stuff sweetened with sugar here, unless you buy organic. I think IBS is tough wherever you are! As for internet shopping - see if you can find the acacia somewhere where they also accept paypal, that way you don't need a credit/debit card. I've seen it on ebay occasionally (Heather's brand).
