I spent all last week in pain due to a death of a coworker and the resulting stress. It was real bad Friday and I just had to sit back, close my eyes, breathe, and try to decompress. It was hard and it really did not work all the way but it did help. I also took a couple of Librax tablets for the spasms and tht helped. I know it is hard but the less we stress the better we are.
