According to my "Natural Health" magazine, goat cheese doesn't have any casein in it, which can be a trigger for some folks when it comes to dairy products. I bought some goat cheese to try out on crackers and whatnot. They also have goat milk yogurt out there! I'll try the cheese and let you know if I have any adverse effects... I'm hoping it will all be fine! It's not like I'll be eating copious amounts of the stuff.
