But when I used to have horrible cramps I used ThermaCare Heat wraps for Menstral Cramps. Felt wonderful on my tummy. They last for about 8 hours, too. And nobody knows you have it on. Advil worked for me, but I find now when I have pulled a muscle or have a terrible headache...Excederine Tension Headache works within 15 minutes!
