I have been checking out Heather's wonderful website for the past year, as my IBS has been kicking up again. I just felt I might need some encouragement as I make this a lifestyle. I was diagnosed in my 20's, and had trouble through my 20's and 30's. Even without the information that I have now, I knew i couldn't eat much fat of any fried food, so I kind of kept it under conrol. My 40's were easy until a year ago, when a was under a lot of stress. Now, if I venture off the IBS diet at all, I pay the price. I guess I just need encouragement to stay on the path. I am going to the grocery store today, after perusing Heather's name brand list. Thanks, Heather!
