Regarding the ovarian cyst, I actually had one that ruptured, or at least they think I had one, around the time I had the pain the first time (about three weeks ago). My GYN found a lot of fluid in my pelvis. This time the pain is not quite the same. My diet is very routine and IBS safe. Lately I have integrated more fruit into my diet, only because it seems I haven't eaten it in so long. But, I usually cook it or eat the kind of fruit that has not bothered me in the past. I usually don't mind pain if I know what is causing it, but I will definitely seek medical attention if it continues. I just wanted to know if it was an IBS-related issue.
