I have experienced this pain a few times and always after I ate something unsafe or when I eat too much IF. It's almost like my colon is spasming or something. I still experience poops with the pain and sometimes pooping is the only way I can get the pain to go away. Maybe try and make a journal of when you experience this pain and see what you ate prior to it. Look for a correlation to possible triggers. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
