I get that when I ate something not safe. What is your diet like? That could be just a sign that you're eating something bad. It's a very sharp pain that makes me jump. If it keeps coming and doesn't go away even with the correct diet, I suggest you see a doc for any ovarian cysts. -------------------- IBS-C since 2006. No signs of IBS now, it's been 4 yrs.
