Yeah, i agree with everyone on this. I'm IBS C and it does take ages and you feel like you'll never stabilise. I've been following the diet for just over a month and only now are things starting to get better. My IBS is nowhere near stable but i'm still encouraged by the little improvements my body's making and what i'm learning about about my body and what it can handle. Hang in there and try to take heart from the little things that change. It really is so important and beneficial to try to think positively. (This i've learnt from experience- i had months of it making me depressed). Good luck! xxx
