I should've made this post a long time ago, but late's better than never right?
If anyone is following the diet exactly and still having trouble, I definitely recommend getting allergy tested. I was on the diet for four months, still having trouble, when I decided it would be a good idea to get an allergy test done. Got tested, and found out I'm allergic to soy!!! I had kind of suspected this, but wasn't sure. Being a vegetarian, this quite the blow to me, but by eliminating everything that has soy in it I finally began to feel healthy.
It's a simple test, so if you've tried everything else and still having trouble, you might have an allergy that's causing the problem.
