Tyvm Susan, very helpful tips. You are very right, we all have different triggers. I'm still learning mine. I think so far my definite triggers are dairy and egg yolks. To be honest I am not yet sure how badly, if at all, HFCS affects me. I see it in so many, many, many foods. I have made it a point to try to wean it out as much as possible. I think I became immediately afraid of it as soon as I heard/read about it possibly being bad. Perhaps I should calm down, lol! Actually MSG is something I'm having trouble weaning out, that's probably top on my list. So red and herbal tea is ok, that's simple enough to remember. Depending on how things go, I might 'test out' a food with HFCS and see how it goes....
Question: Are the vegan websites that you order from reasonable and do they carry tasty alternatives?
