Taking 1/2 Imodium caplet (so that would be a quarter of a dose, which is two caplets) usually works for me. Also, try having some low-fat chicken broth with your rice, this will add back some electrolytes you may be losing due to the D and help "heal" your intestines. Very soothing and easy on the stomach!
