You said it, girlfriend. I would worry about what would come out of my mouth if I were laughed at because of my IBS. I can feel my blood pressure rise just thinking about it! I have no patience for people like that. My Bronx girl roots would definitely rear it's ugly head. I have become so much more compassionate with anyone with a medical condition like ours that it makes me crazy that someone would have the nerve to pass judgment like that on you. I'm sorry that happened to you, Tatyana. Seriously though, I just tell my friends I have a digestive medical condition and that is usually enough.
