A luna bar, or bread made with soy is OK. Heather's butternut squash recipe, soy rice pudding, more than a small portion of soy ice cream, the reaction is very definite. I can't think that your tummy is mistaking soy for cow. Maybe you have more soy in your system when you have bowls of cereal throughout the day? Maybe it's a SF to IF buffer difference. I dunno.
