Yes, we know your frustrations. I swear my montly grocery bills went up a few hundred when I started the diet. Of course I was still buying "regular" products for the rest of my family, but now they have to deal with mine.
As far as the teas go.... no black, green, or white-they all have some caffine, even when they say they are caffine free. I've tried quite a few herbal. You are safe with different varieties. Red tea is ok as well.
When you find something that you are ok with, then keep eating it. We all have different triggers and one thing may not work for one, but it does for another. Does HFCS bother you? If it doesn't, don't worry about cutting that out too. It doesn't bother me, so it's one last thing to worry about. I'm vegan, so I'm limited enough as it is. I have found though, there are some Vegan websites that sell foods. You may want to check out those, because you don't have to worry about dairy and egg ingredients with them. It takes off some of that stress.
