Benefibre versus Metamucil       09/11/07 01:16 PM Edit Reply Quote ArtKen Reged: 07/12/03 Posts: 301 Loc: Brantford, Ontario, Canada At moment taking both Metamucil as well as a dose of lactulose for diverticulosis. Since both of these products cause bloating I am wondering if Benefibre might be better than Metamucil? I believe Benefibre is equal to Citrucel in U.S.A. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
