I know you can do a search but it would still be nice to get a response from someone who has tried probiotics. And everyone may be different in regards to this, so what works for one person may not work for you. Unfortunately, I have had to go on a trial and error basis for a lot of my issues. I have yet to try probiotics again, though. I had tried them a few years ago, before I had lots of problems, and they did seem to help with keeping me regular. I wish I could be of more help.
