Travel food?       09/01/07 12:17 AM Edit Reply Quote youngpatient Reged: 03/25/07 Posts: 17 Hello. I'm going to be flying on Monday. The flight is about 5 hours and was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions of what to bring for lunch and snacks that do not have to be refrigerated and can easily be packed to take on board. Also, I am IBS-C, so as much IF, the better. I was thinking of a salad of some sort, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any good sandwich suggestions that won't go bad if there is no refrigeration and other snacks? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
