I wish I could take all the credit but everyone of you have been my reasoning for doing this that and it was my husbands idea..You see he loves my home cooked meals but he does like for us to go out and eat...And more than once he has had to carry me in the house from the car because my pain would be so bad...He just said that just because we have IBS doesn't mean we should not be able to go out and enjoy our food and our time...And he has had his share of words with the waitters who look at me like a two headed cow for asking for subistions....In a very strong tone of voice he simple says " Whos payin for the meal me or you..That would be me...My wife has Food Sestivities...If you can't help then maybe the manager can " I have to tell him to calm down he gets more upset than I do..and we have had to leave retruants befroe for the simple fact there wasn't anything safe on the menu..Makes me wanna scream
Seems that 50 million people like you and me would be a good enough reason for them to make a change to the menu.
