I just used about 3 full teaspoons of the Rocamojo in a little over 1/2 cup hot water in a separate cup. Then I fill and heat a mug half full with rice milk, a teaspoon of carob powder (you can use cocoa instead) and some honey. I use a coffee strainer to strain the strong coffee into the hot milk mixture then I have my mocha. I've learned with IBS that some things take some time to develop a taste for, but it usually happens or you just starve.........lol. Many things I hated before I eat now because I've developed a taste for them. I hated carob when I first started this diet, but now I've come to appreciate it.
