Miralax was never mentioned to me by any doctors and I always wondered why. They spoke more about adding fiber and more food to my diet. I really hate to get on that merry go round of laxatives. I was using Milk of Mag and Fleet's and really 3 days after using them my issues came back again. I want to try to do this with food if I can. So far the NC seems to flare me, but also helps with the bloat and gas the first day, so I have a love/ hate thing going with it. I'm not ready to give up on it yet and it gives me energy the next day. I just have to figure out the right amount for me. If all else fails I'll think about the Miralax so thanks for the suggestion. Thanks for the name of the Probotics. I'm on Jerro, when I switched to others I got more constipated so not sure what to do so am sticking with Jerro for now. I'll be trying the fiber this week.
