Re: Let's list our daily meals       08/27/07 09:34 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Ugh and went and bought the Lactose free milk today to put in smoothies cause it sounded so good. Lucky I have rice milk here I guess I'll use instead. I was never able to handle salads, but I did, like I said in another post, buy the butter lettuce today and thought I'd try putting chicken and some egg whites in and maybe some fruit. I don't want to over load my tummy with new things so I'm going really slow. I did like the listing of the diet though because although we are all different, I seem to find something from the list I hadn't thought of that I can tolerate. It's interesting to see everyone's diet. I think I might try some cold cereal, natural oats and use the rice milk with some fruit as a snack, see how I do with that once the Gas Stop comes.
