I do have sensitivity to Soy and it is usually when I have too many servings with soy items in one meal or within the same day. It is VERY difficult to find a dairy substitute without Soy. I cannot tolerate Rice at all, so pretty much my only alternative is Soy. I try to think of it kind of like Weight Watchers points. I get so many servings of Soy a day, and if I go over that, I know my stomach will hurt. You need to find what your "point" level is with Soy products. I have used Goat Milk products which are usually easier to digest than Cow Milk products. Again, that can upset me if I have to much of it as well. There is also Almond milk you can try (which can be oily and I don't do well with it). I know it is tough, but I try to treat myself with a tiny amount of vegan chocolate at the end of most days to reward myself for the lack of milk, cheese, yogurt, sour cream, butter, and all the other wonderful dairy products that I miss.
