I also picked up some Gas X today. I will try this next time I have a problem. I used to take Colace, but now take Heather's Acacia and this works much better. I finally know how much to take each day after much trial and error. I also bought her book on IBS. She has a lot of nice recipes that I am going to try also. Thanks so much for answering.
