I tried telling my doctor that there was no point in schedualling a colonoscopy because it takes approx. 6 months to get it done and by then things have cleared up, then ya leave and a month later....BOOM its back. This time I actually purposely made my symptoms flare up as bad as I could and then went to the emegency room twice...the second time the emergency doctor tracked down a surgeon and made him come talk to me and then the surgeon booked me in for an emergency colonoscopy. I was just sick and tired of the "Medical 2 Step" I wish you all the best in getting your situation sorted out.
