How much fiber am I eating?       08/14/07 06:04 AM Edit Reply Quote Zara Reged: 06/07/06 Posts: 883 I'm trying to calculate the amount of fiber that I eat on a given day. However I'm having troubles with soluble fiber in white breads, cereals, etc. For example my Rice Chex lists 0g of fiber but according to the EFI diet it should contain lots of SF.
