hello, thank you very much for your advices. Well i am trying to stop eating wheat, but it's like everything i like to eat contains wheat, so its quite difficult. anyway, I bought some wheat free bread which tastes ok and some cakes as well. I havent tried that Lepicol out yet, because i wanted to see if anyone has got any experience with it, but i might try it soon. I am going for a food sensitivity test on monday, do u think thats a good idea?? Well i hope they will be able to tell me if i am sensitive to some food and see if that works. I will keep u informed and if u have any other ideas i should know about, please let me know. I also wanted to ask, does anyone know if eating food that contains egg is really that bad? I mean like all the cakes that are wheat free still contain some egg, so its hard to eat anything. Please let me know. Thank you.
