I am a highschool teacher who went through terrible episodes of IBS -D during the school year and as September is coming up I am really needing some help to get through this year. I am freaked out that I may have to run (I am in a portable) several times a day when the IBS -D is in full effect( as I had to). I have tried the no eating system which is no good. I am scared about Spetember. I did buy the hypno tapes and will be starting on those ASAP. ANy help would be great, I need strategies and words of support.
