I have stopped taking it consistenly because I am afraid of the horrible D I get. Dr. said to take it when I start feeling crumby. How fast does it work? I was taking it as a premptive strike! Really the big d is only a problem once or twice a week usually. It's the gas and bloating that haunt me EVERY DAY!!! It's horrible.
