Re: unexplained vomiting       08/06/07 04:56 AM Edit Reply Quote cejay Reged: 08/27/06 Posts: 84 Minnie, I have gastritis and severe GERD along with my IBS and frequently have throwing up episodes. I have thrown up so much and ended up with flecks of blood but my dcotor told me that what was happening was that I was rupturing blood vessels in my throat and nose and that was where the blood was coming from. It was entirely harmless. I just got over a bout of ulcers, my third, and I can say that personally I know when I have them since the pain is so severe and the burning, reflux is bad. But I would call my doctor since they do need to know about anything like this. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
