1. I drink snapple white tea - they have no artificial sweetners and are low calorie. I also make "sun tea" out of fruity decaf herb teas.

2. I haven't been able to find those packets without artificial sweetners in them.

3. I have oatmeal with a banana and peppermint tea in the morning - it's about 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to working out. If I don't eat before working out, I get shaky and dizzy.
