It was awful and so tempting to just have a cup of coffee. But, I knew it would hurt my gut, so I stood my ground. Where did this willpower come from? Anyway, I'm great now and don't need the mental boost. It's the psychological addiction I fight now. That's where the Teeccino is helping. It actually gives me a lot of energy after I drink it and I don't get the crash I used to get from coffee after the caffeine stimulation subsides.
