I'm new here too and I like you felt very comfy to know that there are others in the same boat as me. Like you, I get nausea and lightheaded and I can't figure out if it's because I'm not eating, if it's what I'm eating, or if it's my Meniere's Disease kicking in (that was another battle that I wound up perservering in.) You're not by yourself, I love to go out but am scared too only 'cause I start getting anxious and therefore start making myself get out of whack. I barely tolerate having to take the subway into work (I'm in NY). I can't wait to receive Heather's books and the self hypnosis CDs. Good luck!
