questions about Bio K+       07/22/07 08:22 AM Edit Reply Quote shannonm Reged: 01/27/07 Posts: 38 Loc: maryland Can Bio K+ cause constipation? Both days that I've drank it, (1/2 a bottle) I didn't have a BM. I felt okay, it ended the D. I was having for several days. If I continue to use the Bio K+ will I need to add more IF? or does it just take alittle time to adjust to it? This is my first time with this product.
