I went off the pill to try to get pregnant and it was so horrible that I gave up on children so I could try to have a somewhat normal life. I have a great gynecologist. She found that I had endometriosis and fybroids and that was making everything worse. If you haven't seen your gyne for a while, I would definitely do that. I ended up having a hysterectomy. Now I can tell if I'm sick from IBS and not wonder if it was the IBS or my period, but mostly I feel SOOOOO much better. It was life changing for me. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
