I am IBS-A and I know that I finally get some D (and relief) the day or so before my period. For example I just started yesterday. Well all last week and up till Wed of this week I was in a lot of pain and C, then Wed relief with a little D and regular BM. Now no stomach pain other than the regular period cramps which I can certainly deal with. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
