I've got the diagnoses to prove it. It takes time. Once you settle into a better food routine, get a better handle on your own reactions to food, you will stop obsessing. Also, reducing your anxiety - will immensely help your IBS, too. Kinda putting the cart before the horse, but the less you worry, the less your IBS is likely to bother you. So brew up some peppermint tea and relaxxxxxx..... Be patient. It'll get better. I promise.
