Hi All!

I have had a really good couple of days and I have eaten the same thing on both days. I am IBS-D, stable, but I always have pain/bloating. I can not tolerate much IF, so my diet is low in veggies/fruits. I thought you might want to know, just in case it will work for you. I have REALLY cut back on the sugar over the past week. I have replaced it all with stevia. I still bake with sugar, but I don't add any additional to my diet. Maybe that has helped!

Breakfast: Rice chex, rice milk, chai tea with soy creamer sweetened with stevia (I have this EVERY morning), SF suppliment

Lunch: turkey cutlet on bun (broiled from the night before) with organic ketchup, French bread

Snack: Heather's sweet corn bread

Dinner: home-made pizza (crust made from my bread machine, tomato paste, mushrooms, and seasonings), and cornbread

Snack: Corn Pops with rice milk, acacia

I don't know if this will interest/help anyone, but I like to see what other people eat just to get new ideas. The past two days my tummy is better than it has been in a while. Good luck!
