Rice bran, seeds and nuts are generally high in Mg. However, all that fat from nuts is not good for IBS. To find out which foods are highest in a particular nutrient go to www.nutritiondata.com and under the tab "tools" select "nutrient search tool". Then select which foods category you want to include in your search (vegetables only, etc.), select the nutrient and whether you want the values to be based per 100g of food or a 200cal serving. Then hit "show me" and voilą!
